Nutrisystem Week 9 Update #NSNation

Week 9! {{HAPPY DANCE}} I hit my first 10 lb goal! I now have 13 pounds left to hit my official goal and boy does it feel good to have the first 10 pounds behind me!!!

Week 9:

Starting Weight: 122.8

Lost: .7 pounds

Ending Weight: 122.1

Total Weight Lost: 10.2 pounds

Last week I shared some of my favorite desserts. This week I want to share some of my favorite breakfast items. First I LOVE, LOVE the protein shakes. When I first began the diet I kind of had to laugh at the size of the breakfast items because well, I thought there was NO WAY that would hold me up until lunch…even with a power fuel snack in the morning. I thought I would just be too hungry which is a fail with so many other diets I’ve tried. Eat a little and then I would be so hungry for the next meal, I would end up overeating. When I first started the Nutrisystem diet, I couldn’t believe how much of a difference the protein shakes made. I started off eating a power fuel snack in the morning, but as time has passed I find myself not needing to eat anything until lunch time. So with the protein shake in the morning, I’ll enjoy some of these tasty breakfast items:

Blueberry or Double Chocolate Muffin

April Strudel Bar

April Strudel or Chocolate Chip Scone

Chocolate Frosted Donut

or I’ll enjoy one of the frozen breakfast items like:


French Toast

Garden Veggie Omelet

Ham and Cheese Omelet
