Nutrisystem Week 2 Update #NSNation

I started Week 2 of Nutrisystem super excited!  And I’m happy to say, I am still super excited! This week I faced a few challenges. It was the first time that my family wanted take out, and we were invited to a crawfish boil. I ate my meal while my family had takeout and it didn’t bother me at all. Did I have crawfish? Yes, I did! But I am so happy to say, I ate a very small portion. I stayed away from the dip and the potatoes, so all in all I think I did pretty well.

Week 2:

Starting Weight: 129.2

Lost: .7 pounds

Ending Weight: 128.5

Total Weight Lost: 3.8 pounds

One thing that I absolutely LOVE about the program is the variety. It really makes it easy because I can choose what I feel like eating each day, and it’s not always the same thing. If my family is having lasagne, I’ll pick one of my lasagne meals. If they are having pizza, I pick one of pizza meals. I really like the pizza by the way because I can load on the veggies, and it is so delicious!
