Nutrisystem Week 1 Update (Lost 3.1 Pounds) #NSNation

I started the Nutrisystem program last Monday (April 9th) weighing 132.3 pounds. I want to lose 22.3 pounds within the next 4 months getting to my goal weight of 110 pounds. I’ll be posting weekly updates the entire time that I am on the program.

Week 1:

Starting Weight: 132.3

Lost: 3.1 pounds

Ending Weight: 129.2

So far I have really enjoyed everything I’ve been eating. The 64 oz of water I am suppose to drink everyday, has been a challenge, but is getting much easier. My biggest challenge this week was Easter! We have a big family bar-b-q every year, and I didn’t know what I was going to eat. Well I am happy to say that I did really well and made some really smart choices. I followed my normal Nutrisystem breakfast routine, but for lunch I ate on my own. I had hubby grill me some mushrooms, peppers, and zucchini (which were just delicious) and ate them with a  pork chop. Then for supper I ate a burger with my left over veggies. I only had a little tasting of the potato salad and a couple bites of dessert. I am now looking forward to Week 2!
